(Finebros) Okay, so we have to do this.
Okay.
(Finebros) What color is this dress?
Oh my god!
Stop!
(groans) Are you serious?!
Are you kidding me?!
I’m going to slap myself.
This thing is the most irritating thing I’ve ever seen.
You guys suck.
(Finebros) When you look at this right now, what color?
Right here I see white and gold.
It’s blue and black.
It is white and gold.
It’s blue and black.
I really see white and gold.
It’s blue and black.
I see white and gold.
Purplish blue and gold.
I know people say black, but I don’t see it!
I’ve gotten into so many fights with people that were like,
“It’s black and blue!” But I’m like, “No, you’re dumb!
It’s not! It’s white and gold.”
It’s gold and white. Or it’s black and blue.
It doesn’t matter. (laughs) It really doesn’t matter.
(Finebros) What did you think of those people
– that were seeing different color? – They just see it wrong.
I really thought they were insane.
I was like, “Are you kidding me right now?
No, like, people are trolling right now.”
(laughs) They’re crazy.
And then I thought, “Am I crazy? Am I seeing the wrong colors?”
I don’t know what to think.
I’ve definitely been on my phone and seen blue and black,
so my brain’s scrambled right now.
(Finebros) Can you even understand how it’s possible that someone
could look at this and see different colors?
Like, no!
To me, anyone with common sense would know that’s white.
That’s one way of finding out they are color blind.
I think it’s absolutely hilarious.
Way to cause chaos in the world.
It’s this dress.
I don’t get it, but then I saw some video and they were like,
“Oh, it’s cause of the lighting.” But I still don’t understand
how the eye works to where you see a completely different color.
(Finebros) What do you think about the concept that we could
perceive colors so differently from each other based on an image?
Um, it’s pretty fascinating, if you really wanna sit down
and talk about it. Whenever you look up at the sky
and you see blue and maybe someone sees red or pink,
but they say it’s blue because you call it blue.
I’ve heard multiple theories about this. Like, it depends on
the brightness. People are saying it depends
on your mood–if you feel this way, it’ll be blue and black,
and if you feel this way, it’ll be white and gold.
Now everyone’s doing this? This is literally a human thing.
This is a human reaction to color and nobody has done this before
until this stupid [bleep] dress?!
(Finebros) So it has come out, without a doubt, this dress
– is blue and black. – No, it’s not! That’s a lie!
I refuse to believe that. That is not black and blue.
I think I’m trippin’ because, apparently, the dress
really is black and blue and I don’t see that anywhere.
(Finebros) Finally, is this worthy to be a thing
– that everybody is talking about? – No!
There is way more– it’s ridiculous.
There’s no point in it! What difference does it make
what color it is? Is it gonna solve world hunger? No!
I don’t even think it’s about the dress. They wanna be right,
but team black and blue.
(Rafi Fine) We’ll tell you, though, both of us, white and–
– (Benny Fine) White and gold. – What?!
(Benny Fine) I’m aware that it’s black and blue,
but I can’t see it. I can’t see it!
– How?! – (Rafi Fine) I know.
How do you not see that?!
(Rafi Fine) I say the same thing to you, my friend.
