Vamos Dominar There Is, There Are e Have!

Os estudantes brasileiros costumam confundir "there is" / "there are" com "have", porque, em português, usamos "tem" para ambas as situações.
📌 Regra geral:
✔ Usamos "there is" / "there are" para falar sobre a existência de algo (não tem um dono específico).
✔ Usamos "have" para falar sobre posse (alguém ou algo possui aquilo).

1️⃣ "There Is" e "There Are" – "Há", "Tem", "Existe"

Usamos "there is" (singular) e "there are" (plural) para dizer que algo existe em um lugar.

👉 Estrutura:

✅ There are + plural (há/existem…)

✅ There is a new restaurant in town. (Tem um novo restaurante na cidade.)

✅ There are many students in the classroom. (Há muitos alunos na sala de aula.)

🚨 Erros comuns:

❌ "Have a lot of people here." → ✅ "There are a lot of people here."

2️⃣ "Have" – "Ter" (Posse)

👉 Estrutura:

✅ Sujeito + have / has + objeto
